According to boom load capacity,welding manipulator is divided into light duty,medium duty,heavy duty,super heavy duty.
welding manipulator has four different structurres,they are base stationary type,trolley moving type,base stationary with column rotation type,trolley moving with column rotation type.
Boom retraction sag 2mm/m;all of the welding manipulators has the anti-fall device,safe and reliable.
Cross slider device is at the boom end,it can be controlled by remote control box.
Guiding roller shaft is eccentric shaft,it can adjust the gap between the roller and rail.
Column rotation has manual type and electric rotation type two types.and both of two types has locking devices after rotating to the required position.
Electric part consists of electric cabinet and remote control box,and it can match with the welding rotators and welding manipulators.
